Purpose:

Gas volume measuring systems are designed to measure the working volume of natural gas according to GOST 5542, free petroleum gas according to GOST R 8.615, other gases and automatically convert the measured gas volume to standard conditions depending on pressure and/or temperature, gas compressibility factor. Scope: commercial and technological gas metering at public utilities and industrial enterprises, gas distribution points and boiler houses.

Methods for calculating the compressibility factor:
~natural gas according to GOST 30319.2-2015, GOST 30319.3-2015, using the AGA8 equation of state;
~free petroleum gas, nitrogen, air, carbon dioxide, inert gases using GSSSD data
Total relative error in bringing the working volume of gas to standard conditions:

~pressure measurement channel does not exceed ± 0.4% (± 0.25% on request)

Horizontal and vertical installation on the pipeline. Deviation from the horizontal and vertical does not affect the metrological characteristics.
Local resistance of pipelines and shut-off valves does not affect the measurement error of the complex in the presence of straight sections of 5DN / 3DN.
For technological metering, meters can be used with straight sections of 2DN / 2DN, subject to the established installation rules, with an error of within ± 5% (without registration of SI).
