TCF Series
Principle of Operation: The liquid enters the flowmeter and passes through
a precision-machined turbine rotor. The velocity of the liquid causes the turbine to rotate.
The rotational speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the volumetric flow rate. A
magnetic or Hall-effect sensor detects the turbine rotation. Each rotation generates a pulse
signal, which is converted into flow rate and totalized volume.
